The PAN Learning Cloth motif highlights UNESCO’s Four Pillars of Learning for the 21st Century:

                                    Learning to know
                                    Learning to do
                                    Learning to be
                                    Learning to live together

Learning to think is included as a cross-cutting theme, to acknowledge a widespread learning and teaching focus on the implementation of ‘thinking curriculum’ to support students’ engagement in their learning.

By interweaving and embedding these learning goals into learning and teaching activities, educators have the capacity to lead their students and wider communities to achieve life long learning habits and outcomes.

TOFI members and their communities are invited to contribute to the online development of the PAN Learning Cloth shown here, by depicting the diverse ways that learners throughout the Pacific sub-region demonstrates to the elements contained in the learning cloth motif.

The shared and continuing development of the PAN Learning Cloth will be published on this page.
